Step 1 - Listen

The first step is to reach out to us and let us know what you're looking for. We'll take the time to listen to your needs, goals, and objectives to ensure that we understand exactly what you're looking for.

Step 2 - Plan

After we've listened to your needs, we'll set up a strategy session with our US-based management team. This session will help us identify your needs and develop a customized plan to achieve your goals.

Step 3 - Execute

Once we've developed a plan, we'll set up a follow-up meeting with our team to go over your roadmap including pricing. This meeting will ensure that everyone is on the same page & we're all working toward the same goals.

Step 4 - Meet n Greet

After we've developed a plan and identified your roadmap, we'll handpick the talent that meets your requirements. You'll then have the opportunity to meet and greet your chosen candidate, getting to know them personally and assessing their fit within your team and company culture.

Step 5 - Hand Off

Once you've established a connection with your chosen candidate, we will facilitate a smooth handoff, ensuring that all necessary contact is made so that you can proceed with the onboarding processes and training. Our goal is to make the transition as effortless as possible for both you and the new team member, setting the stage for a successful working relationship.

Step 6 - Adapt

We don't stop working with you once the candidate is integrated. We'll provide you with a 30-day business review, and we'll adapt to fit your needs. Whether you need to replace a candidate, add additional resources, or iron out a process, we're here to help.
